Seoul Food Sunday at Cavallo Point
Throughout Korean cuisine there is a belief in the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and wood as well as yin and yang, all of which contribute to the presentation and taste of the food. These five elements are present in five tastes: spicy, sour, bitter, sweet and salty, as well as five colors: red, yellow, black, white and blue.
