Seniors Invited to Edgemere’s FREE New Year New You Wellness Fair
To encourage local seniors — no matter where they choose to live — to look at wellness in a comprehensive way that includes mind, body, and spirit, Edgemere, Dallas’s premier destination for vibrant, luxurious 55+ living, is inviting the public to its Preston Hollow campus for a lively afternoon of learning and discovery on Monday, January 26 from 1 to 3 p.m. The event is free.
At the 2026 New Year New You Wellness Fair, you can expect giveaways, wellness booths from trusted partners and vendors, delicious and nutritious food samples, opportunities to tour the senior living community’s wellness spaces, and time to meet the wellness and lifestyle teams who help residents stay engaged and thriving.
In addition, the Wellness Fair is expected to feature hands-on “see it for yourself” elements that make wellness feel tangible. Plans include showcasing new wellness offerings such as an infrared sauna and other wellness-focused equipment demonstrations, along with interactive resources designed to support engagement and emotional well-being.
