Self Defense with We Are Safer Together
This program equips students with essential personal safety strategies and the knowledge to feel confident and empowered in any situation. We will cover the core principles of personal safety, including situational awareness and boundary-setting, and students will learn simple yet powerful self-defense techniques to resist violence from strangers and people they know. This supportive, trauma-informed, and inclusive class empowers students with tools to recognize threats, set boundaries, and keep themselves safe.
