See What Local Artists Can Create!
Step out of the heat and enjoy some time looking for that special piece to accent your home. You’ll find acrylic, oil, and water paintings, ink drawings, sketches, photography, mixed media, pottery, jewelry, and more! Entry is free and you’ll have an opportunity to meet the artists. Afterwards you can grab some lunch or dinner at the many fine restaurants along Henderson’s Water Street District. And don’t be shy to stop by the City Lights Art Gallery to see even more local works of art. City Lights Art Gallery is a non-profit art gallery with the goals to financially assist art education among children and seniors, generate funding for art related public charity projects, teach students how to professionally present their artwork, and provide classes for students of all ages. City Lights Art Gallery is located at 3 Army Street, just across the street from The Pass Casino. Artists featured at the show include Paul Smyth, Linda Brunswold, Chris Mazglad, Merret Stufflebeen, Fern Greenwald, Clevelle Scherer, Carolyn Stillwell, Keith McDonald, Barbara Weinacht, Lani McCusker, Thomas Haggerty, Lin Berger, John Allen, Lloyd Martin, and more.
