The 1753 Bachmann Publick House will be open for tours and special programs on the second Saturday of each month from May through December.
Built in 1753 by Jacob and Katrina Bachmann, this historic structure remains one of the oldest standing buildings in Easton. Over its 250+ years, this site has served as a publick house, where locals and visitors met to exchange information, rest, and have a bite to eat, as a tailor shop, a dry goods store, and even as one of Easton’s first courtrooms!
Saturday, June 14: Join our interpreters for a history of early American flags.
