Kelley has been recognized for excelling in numerous roles within both the theater and television industry. Whether winning acclaim as an actor on the stage in Pipeline, penning the celebrated stage adaptation of Richard Wright’s Native Son, or producing Peacock’s hit tv series “Bel-Air,” her creativity and talent shines through. Join this cross-disciplinary creator for a candid conversation and excerpts of new work, including her latest commission from Chicago’s Court Theater about Stokely Carmichael. Presented in partnership with Booker High School and Manasota ASALH.
