ScopeOut 2025 at the Cincinnati Observatory
Join us for Scope Out, the Cincinnati Observatory’s annual telescope festival celebrating all things astronomy! This exciting event brings together telescope and astrophotography enthusiasts from around the region to showcase their gear and share their passion for the night sky. Enjoy a chance to win a brand-new telescope in our raffle, browse the equipment swap and sale, grab a bite from local food trucks, and take in engaging presentations and hands-on kids activities. Whether you’re a seasoned stargazer or just curious about the hobby, Scope Out offers something for all ages under the stars.

Telescope Raffle!
We have an excellent telescope raffle taking place. Purchase chances on an adult or kids telescope, or both! Drawing will take place at Scope Out. You do not have to be present to win but you must be able to pick up the telescope at the Cincinnati Observatory.
