Saturday Toastmasters of Arlington OPEN HOUSE
At Saturday Toastmasters of Arlington, you can build your speaking and leadership skills in a supportive, positive, and fun environment. JOIN US AT OUR OPEN HOUSE, October 28 at 9:15 to 11:00 a.m., at the Robbins Library Community Room, Arlington, MA, to find out what Toastmasters is all about. All are welcome! No need to RSVP; but please arrive as close to 9:15 as you can. The meeting will begin at 9:30.
Join us at our open house to meet members and watch special guest speaker, Dr. Sherri Raftery, an accomplished Toastmaster, talk about the importance of communication skills for today’s professional. This open house will also mark the club’s fifth anniversary serving the Arlington area.
In addition to hearing from special guest speaker Dr. Raftery, members and guests will enjoy a regular Toastmasters meeting that will include prepared speeches, Table Topics™ (impromptu speeches) and evaluations. (Table Topics is where guests and members are randomly selected to speak for one to two minutes. It helps you think and speak clearly on your feet.)

Saturday Toastmasters of Arlington meets two Saturday mornings a month from 9:15 to 11:00. On the second Saturday of each month the meetings are held online via Zoom; on the fourth Saturday the meetings are in person, usually at Robbins Library.
