There will be discussions about the Castro Adobe and the history of the Watsonville Buddhist Temple.
Food and beverages are available for purchase at the event thanks to Carmona’s BBQ Deli & Catering.
Live music is provided by the 5Ms band (made up of Santa Cruz State Parks staff and docents) at a pair of 30-minute sets at 1:30pm and 2:30pm outside the temple.
We will also have an early 1900s fire engine on site thanks to the Chief Gene Friend Museum.
We’ll see you between noon and 4:00pm at the Watsonville Buddhist Temple on Saturday, May 17th! Tell your friends, bring your family, learn about what makes Santa Cruz County such a unique place.
