San Japan Cocktails at Bar Rojo
Grand Hyatt San Antonio Riverwalk is celebrating the San Japan anime and gaming convention with special themed cocktails at Bar Rojo.
The cocktails include the “Thunder Cloud,” a refreshing mixture of Conciere Rum, Blu Curacao, and lemonade, as well as the “Citrus Slayer,” a blend of Crème de Cassis, Conciere Gin, grapefruit juice and Fever Tree Grapefruit Soda.
Bar Rojo also serves its delicious menu of locally-inspired dishes, ranging from fajitas and ancho-rubbed baby back ribs to redfish tacos and smoked brisket sliders
