San Antonio Rose Society 'Fall Rose Show" and NEISD Art Contest Winners
Members of the San Antonio Rose Society will proudly display their home-grown roses and will be competing for awards at this annual event. All colors, fragrances and sizes of roses will be shown in their exhibition form. Members will also be presenting their photographs and floral arrangements of roses. There will be rosarians available to answer any questions about roses and there will be plenty of roses to admire at this FREE event.
Have a question about growing roses? There will be a seminar at 2pm on "How to Grow Roses" by a consulting rosarian, Holly Hagy.
Besides the beauty of roses, come view the art from NEISD middle school art students. The winners of the "My Autumn Rose" art contest, will be showcasing their drawings. The winning artists will be presented with monetary awards as will as HEB gift cards. This is a free event.
