Sam Godfrey Live at Preservation Pub
Sam Godfrey is an up-and-coming country artist from Spartanburg, SC. Sam found his passion for music in 2019 and begin recording sessions with former Marshall Tucker Band guitarist, Rusty Milner. As he followed his dream, Sam began to blend the sound of the blue collar southern anthems reminiscent of the woods of South Carolina he explored as a child with the steel driven, cowboy country ballads he was introduced to while watching old westerns with his grandpa. With a burning passion to support America’s military and bring the "90's" back to country music, Sam Godfrey has taken the stage at Henderson Auditorium, historic Milltown Theatre, the annual March for Life Rally on the South Carolina Statehouse steps, Clemson University’s Spring Beach Bash Festival, Whiskey Cowgirl, an opening set for Tonight Show guest and critically acclaimed comedian Michael Jr, as well as other festivals and auditoriums across upstate South Carolina.
