Schedule
• 9:00 am - 10:00 am, Yoga by Take Care Yoga
Many of us are lucky if we have an hour of our day to take care of ourselves. Celebrate this hour with a 60 minute vinyasa flow filled with strength, balance, flexibility and heart. Create a sense of calm as you follow your breath through 60 minutes of effort and ease. All levels are welcome.
Yoga mats and exercise materials will not be provided. Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, and any other items necessary for your practice.
Take Care Yoga is a community hub based on progress, never perfection. A yoga studio born from the goal of creating a diverse community, where we can learn from each other and grow together. We keep it simple. Good Yoga. Good people. Take Care Yoga.

• 12:00 pm - 1:00pm, Art Activity by THE FEELS
The Feels Foundation is developing projects and initiatives, at the intersection of art and community, to create economic opportunities for creatives; encourage confidence and support academic achievement for our youth; promote cultural pride while breaking down cultural barriers; and develop spaces for community building and engagement.
With a focus on racial equity, we fund, support, and advocate for arts and culture through creative expression and education. We’re committed to continuing our model of being an accessible, low barrier community organization that amplifies emerging artists from traditionally overlooked backgrounds.
For SAM Body & Mind, The Feels is utilizing art materials to have people stop by do a creative project to focus inward on themselves. The art activities are inspired by the artwork in the park and will focus on the artist being in tune with how they are feeling for the day and showcasing this in a beautiful way.
