RVA Yoga Hang at Shield n Sheath
Join us for an hour-long, all-levels vinyasa style yoga class and stay after to throw axes, hatches, and swords with your fellow yogis!

Each ticket comes with 90mins of axe throwing with instruction and the option to throw stars. Beer and wine available.
Any experience level of yogi is welcome! Please bring your own mat and any props you wish to use.
