Rusconi’s American Kitchen is celebrating Dad this Father’s Day with a tempting three-course prix fixe menu available Saturday, June 14 and Sunday, June 15.
First Course, choice of one:
Tomato Gazpacho with wild blue crab, tiny vegetables and cilantro oil
Tomato and Burrata Salad with basil sorbet, marinated cucumbers, grape tomatoes, shallots and tiny greens
Entree, choice of one:
Pecan Wood Grilled Prime Flat Iron Steak and Prawns with English pea risotto, grilled broccolini, cabernet gastrique and goat cheese crema
Slow Cooked Pork Shank Osso Bucco with preserved cherry and orange glaze, potato puree and prickly pear braised red cabbage
Dessert, choice of one:
Michael’s Brûlée Banana Split with house made Luxardo cherry, peanut butter ice cream, chocolate sauce and candied pecans
Dark Chocolate Creme Brûlée
