This four-course dinner, crafted by the talented culinary team of Sofitel Chicago, is designed to take guests on a flavorful journey through expertly paired rum cocktails and elevated dishes. Each course is accompanied by a distinctive rum cocktail to complement and enhance the flavors on the plate, from a refreshing Navy Strength Daiquiri with Hamachi Crudo to a decadent Coconut Mai Tai with Tiki Pork Belly. The evening concludes on a high note with Bananas Foster served alongside a “Painkiller” Ice Cream, featuring the rich Mount Gay Barbados Rum XO Triple Cask Blend.
