Part of the biannual Royal Oak Foundation lecture series in Philadelphia. Now is the chance to get a peek into the legendary Rosslyn Chapel, a Scottish chapel constructed in 1446 but never completed, giving it a sense of mystery and allure that continues to crop up in pop culture. (Contemporary readers may recognize the name from Dan Brown's bestselling novel and resulting film The DaVinci Code). Helen, Countess of Rosslyn, and the director of the Chapel Trust will chat about the architecture and restoration of the Rosslyn Chapel, as well as its myths, folklore, and history often involving the Knights Templar and Freemasons.
