One of the homes from the 2024 tour is showing off a completed restoration. Looking Glass Initiative’s adaptive reuse of a 100-year-old neighborhood support retail center will be the first stop! Complementary trolley tours with a local historian, allowing our guests to see the whole neighborhood, will supplement our self-guided walking tour of the homes. Three of the homes will offer a wine tasting, with different wines offered in each. Tickets can be purchased for $25 at historicroserpark.org before March 21, or for $30 up to 2 p.m. on the day of... The wine tasting option is available for an additional $10. IDs will be checked upon check-in. Free parking is available at the west Bayfront garage (726 7th Ave S, St. Petersburg). All of the homes on this tour are within a few blocks of the garage so walking is easy!
