Rooted Mondays: Osteo Thai Yin Yoga
The Osteo Yin Method blends the anatomical intelligence of Osteo Thai, the softness of Yin, and the intuitive power of presence. This isn’t mechanical bodywork. This is the body remembering itself. It’s nervous system repair through sacred touch, deep listening, and stillness that speaks louder than words ever could.
This class is less about performance and more about capacity - the capacity to stay present with sensation, to soften without collapsing and to begin the week without bracing.
Each class begins with breathwork, followed by Yin sequence and Yoga Nidra.
It feels like an exhale into Monday.
