Rooftop Reset, Reflect, Refresh at Fit Athletic's Mission Beach Location
This celebration of wellness will open with a breathwork and meditation workshop, transition to a HITT workout, followed by a vinyasa flow both led by Fit Athletics' expert fitness instructors and is completed with cold plunges and guided journal prompts. Following this space for reflection, attendees will leave feeling refreshed and ready to begin their 2024 journey. To further support a lucky attendee in their wellness goals, Fit Athletic will also be raffling off a $250 LSKD gift card at the end of the event.
