To honor its 5th anniversary, Robert’s Pizza will host a three-part dinner series beginning in December. Guests are invited to enjoy a unique culinary experience with three incredible dinners spread across December, February, and April. Guests will take a gastronomic journey through the Mediterranean, the luxurious Orient Express, and the vibrant flavors of Latin America.
The Mediterranean dinner takes place Thursday, December 5th from 6 to 8 p.m. with featured wine pairings. The menu includes:
● Chickpea Croquette with black lentils, carrot, fresh herbs, toasted sesame, and extra virgin olive oil
● Seafood Shakshuka Pizza with spicy tomato bell pepper sauce, shrimp, lobster, scallop, skate wing, caviar, and harissa butter
● Roast Lamb Pizza with olive oil, Calabrian chilies, dates, capers, almonds, macerated pear, and cilantro
● Loukaniko Pizza with orange zest, leeks, fennel sausage, Yukon gold potato, Corsican feta, and red wine fig reduction
● Honey Panna Cotta with pomegranate and black sesame pistachio tuile
