Recently named Best Japanese Restaurant by Miami-Dade Favorites, Uchi offers the perfect setting to celebrate the New Year in style. Wynwood’s favorite, award-winning, nontraditional take on elevated Japanese cuisine by Chef Tyson Cole and Hai Hospitality is presenting a decadent $400 omakase experience for two.
The dinner features 11 courses, including seasonal flavors and luxurious ingredients such as champagne granita and gingerbread ice cream. Guests can start with oysters in a pomegranate zu before moving on to lobster tail nigiri, A5 strip with parsnip soubise and halibut in ajo blanco.
