Restorative Yoga & Singing Bowl Relaxation
A passive and slow practice using props to profoundly support the body for maximum support and comfort. The body will gradually open and release tension in each pose over a 5-10 minute period. It is suitable for all levels of practice and can accommodate special needs. The practice aims to soothe the nervous system, regulate breathing and heartbeat bringing the body and mind back into balance. The session will conclude with a deeply relaxing experience of singing crystal bowl. $15
