The shift from external to internal focus is not just the key to overall wellness (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) but it is also the key to uncomplicating our lives. Join TYS teacher Anna Martin for this special Restorative yoga practice. Rest your body, soothe your mind, and restore your energy! Restorative yoga is like a massage from the inside out. Relax in supported poses that let the body open and release naturally and gently. In this workshop you will learn why, how and when we need to use the Restorative postures in our life.
Space is limited - Limited to 12 participants. Open to all levels; no yoga experience necessary. Props will be provided, however, feel free to bring your own.
