Restorative Relaxation and Crystal Singing Bowls
A deeply restorative sound and movement experience combining crystal singing bowls with gentle stretching and supportive restorative yoga. Participants are guided through grounding breath, mindful movement, and soothing sound designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and cultivate inner peace. Led by Darlene Schaeffer, E-RYT 200. $15
