Her program, “Remembering the Apron”, takes a nostalgic look at the apron in an interactive, hands-on program (if you want -- you can touch and feel the fabric)! The program will look at the fabrics and trims, the styles and uses of aprons. Don’t leave out the men – she has examples for them too. You will have the opportunity to see about 100 of her 400+collection of aprons. What member of your family wore an apron? Was it for a special job, or around kitchen?
