Reiki Share: Healing the Healers
Embrace this opportunity for Reiki practitioners to come together and share. We will have a combination of tables and zero-gravity chairs ready to heal the healer. Let us fill downtown Racine with love and light! You must be at least a Reiki Level I to attend.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying hands lightly on participants. It is based on the idea that an unseen energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's energy is low or blocked, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high and moving, we are more capable of being happy and healthy
