A donations tax deductible & $40 (for the first 100 youth) $65 regular price (at the door) for youth EKG & Echo OR $90 for adults ($145 at the door) EKG & Echo tests (aka ECG & Ultrasound), appointment is needed to secure your appointment. All tests will be reviewed by cardiology. Additional donations are always accepted during the screening event. All donations will help the Anthony Bates Foundation continue to protect Arizona families!
