Reading Rainbow Book Talk/”Butterfly in the Sky” Film Screening
If you love Reading Rainbow, come see "Butterfly in the Sky," at the AMC Maple Ridge 8 Sunday 3/17, 4 pm and Wed. 3/20, 7 pm. Following the screenings, series co-creator Tony Buttino, producer Pam Johnson and project assistant Barbara Irwin will be on hand for a brief Q&A about Buffalo/WNED PBS's role in developing the series. All three appear in the film and have written a book about the early history of the show. Creating Reading Rainbow: The Untold Story of a Beloved Children’s Series is due out in June.
