HGU Hotel and 'Sowella Chocolate' welcome you to... A Summer Chocolate Making Session, in the beautiful lounge of one of the most stylish NYC hotels! The class will be held at The 1905 Lounge, located inside the HGU New York, NYC’s newest restaurant & nightlife experience!
After the Class - weather permitting - everyone will be invited to the cozy rooftop bar of the Hotel. In case of a rainy day, The 1905 Lounge offers great food and cocktail menu.
As a special treat: your Class Pass will include one complimentary drink!
You'll make chocolate from scratch and take all your delicious creations home!
In this small group class, you will learn how to make delicious raw vegan chocolates with easily accessible kitchen tools & ingredients.
All chocolates will be:

REFINED SUGAR-FREE
made with HIGH-QUALITY ORGANIC INGREDIENTS so they will be also highly NUTRITIOUS!
Taught by New York-based raw chocolatier Olga Savel.
