Que Syrah/Shiraz (Sip & Learn)
Join us on Thursday, March 27th, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, as we dive into Syrah/Shiraz. Although it originated in France, this grape is now grown and made into wine all across the globe. This evening, we'll explore 6 different Syrah/Shiraz regions and taste wine from each.
In our "All About .... Varietals" series of classes, we take an up-close look at a specific wine varietal (in this case, Syrah, aka Shiraz). We’ll learn about the regions where the grape is grown, winemaking techniques, wine styles, perhaps a bit of history, and tasting notes. Of course, there will be wine to sip as we learn from an industry professional.
