On Wednesday, Dec. 27, from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., Jian-Yang Rong will hold a free hybrid Qi Gong class, either in the Scott Room or via Zoom. Practice gentle body movement for healing the body, mind and emotions. Qi Gong has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration and help people cope with stress.
If via Zoom, a link will be sent approximately one hour prior to the start of the program.
The Qi Gong class is held most Wednesdays.
