Join us for a fun community workout! We’ll kick things off at the downtown STEEL storefront with the sign in starting at 8:15 AM (see location above), then head out for a short run/jog to the workout spot. Get ready for a 30-minute HIIT session led by F45 coaches! After the workout, we’ll head back to STEEL for the after party with protein smoothies, music, and good vibes. Wear orange to score a free gift bag!
