Project Row Houses 2025 Business Residency Grand Opening
Project Row Houses (PRH) will officially launch its newest Business Residency Program cohort with a community ribbon-cutting celebration on Small Business Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in Houston’s historic Third Ward. Rooted in PRH’s longstanding mission to uplift the neighborhood through art, culture, and community-driven initiatives, the program strengthens Third Ward’s economic and cultural landscape by providing local entrepreneurs with up to three years of discounted commercial space, tailored business mentorship, marketing support, and funding for community-focused events.
This year’s cohort features four visionary entrepreneurs: Jasmine Lynch of Come Bee, Achille Javois of Piano Vibes, Brittany Mayfield of Thirdward Blooms, and Qijah James of Back to Naturel. The ribbon-cutting will begin at Piano Vibes, located at 2503 Holman Street, before moving to each business site. As PRH continues expanding opportunities for artists and entrepreneurs, the program underscores its commitment to ensuring Third Ward remains a place where creativity, commerce, and community flourish together.
