OTO’s Pretty Girl Pop Up: Spring Edition is officially RESCHEDULED to Sunday, April 16th due to weather. All forecasts are predicting a cold, rainy day, making an outdoor spring pop up no fun! We still want you to join us, so mark your calendar for April 16th! Our second pop up will be bigger and better, showcasing local, small businesses in the community.
