Power of Hope Conference
On Nov. 2, 2023 PAL (Parents of Addicted Loved Ones) will be hosting its inaugural Power of Hope Conference. PAL is a nonprofit based in Phoenix that provides support meetings to families who have an adult loved one dealing with substance use disorder (SUD). Their meetings use evidence-based practices, curriculum written by professionals in the industry and offer a peer-to-peer support time. This is an organization, like many others, that is doing good in our communities and is looking to make a difference in the drug crisis. During the conference, PAL is bringing together various communities that have a personal and/or professional connection to SUD. The day will include feature speakers, breakout sessions, interactive activities, and networking opportunities.
