Pouring Fluid Bloom Acrylics with Tammy DeCaro - Free Demo
Inspired by Southwest Florida, Tammy DeCaro says nature plays an important role in her art and inspires many of her beach-themed color palettes. She also focuses on texture, color and the way light interacts with colors.
In her demo, she will show techniques of fluid-bloom acrylic pouring, one of many mixed media techniques she teaches in this area. She is also busy from January-March on the art show circuit.
She enjoys layering acrylics, pigments, resin, glass, texture mediums and real sand/shells to achieve interest in her artwork. She has a solo show at Arts Bonita Visual Arts Center from Oct. 23 to Dec. 4.
Her demonstration begins at 1 pm on Sunday, Feb. 22 at Fort Myers Beach Art Association & Gallery, 13451 McGregor Blvd., Unit 1 at Cypress Square, Fort Myers. The public is invited.
