Portside Pilates
Join us at 9:00 AM on Friday, October 24 for a one-hour Pilates Mat Class with Colleen Aull of Aull Pilates inside The Sailing Museum & National Sailing Hall of Fame. Strength, mobility and balance training for sailors and non-sailors alike. No previous Pilates experience is necessary. This class is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Please bring your own mat and water bottle, as those items will not be available onsite.

$25 general
Museum admission included with purchase of class ticket
