From Soul-fusion cuisine and Creole confections to handcrafted tamales and dumplings, this spring edition of Pop-Ups on the Plaza will feature 15 BIPOC food makers and designers, including clothes, accessories, and body care from creators at the Fillmore-based Black-led marketplace In the Black. Enjoy cooking demos at the Foodwise Classroom, family-friendly activities, music, and more.
