The Georgia E. Gregory Interdenominational School of Music's annual 'Poor Man's Banquet' is an 'all you can eat' soul food buffet of more than 15 traditional dishes.
The buffet will include such traditional African-American food as: fried, baked or barbecued chicken, turkey wings, pigs feet, pork shoulder or ham, ribs, greens, string beans, potato salad, black eyed peas, cabbage, mac n cheese, sweet potatoes and much more.
In addition to the buffet, there will be door prizes, a music program featuring performances by GEGISOM students and guests during the afternoon, and a short discussion about African-American musicians.
