Poetry in Kiwanis Park
October 19, 2024: Poetry in the Park—Poets & Poetry Lovers are invited to join the East Valley Poets branch of the Arizona State Poetry Society for a Saturday morning poetry recital, followed by an Open Mic session for those in attendance to read their own poems! A free event and all ages are welcome. Tempe Kiwanis Park, Mill Ave. & All-American Way, Ramada #1, 10AM – 12PM. Saturday’s gathering will also provide attendees the opportunity to meet in-person local poets and poetry enthusiasts. We hope you will join us for this open-air gathering of diverse poetry, as poets from across the generational spectrum share their talents. EVP encourages all poets (experienced or not) to join-in this community celebration of the poetic arts. We truly hope to see you on October 19th!
