Pig & Vino: A Baja BBQ + Celebration of Wine Inspired by Steve Dolinsky’s Iconic “Pig & Pinot”
On Sunday, August 25th, locals can enjoy an all-you-can eat & drink WHOLE HOG Baja BBQ on the patio of Leña Brava (900 W. Randolph) inspired by local foodie and media personality Steve Dolinsky’s decade-long summer festivus PIG & PINOT. The Food Guy himself will help serve up plates of Gunthorp Farms pork slow-roasted all night long by Greg Gonthorp right on Randolph Street along with side dishes by Leña Brava’s Executive Chef Brian Enyart (Topolobampo, Dos Urban Cantina). As a celebration of the Mexican wine harvest, pours from the best and coolest vineyards across South America and beyond will be available, plus beers brewed next door at sister concept Cruz Blanca.
