Picnic at Polo with Bike Newport
All proceeds directly support Bike Newport’s programs and advocacy, including our In-School Bike Safety Education, Summer Bike Camp, our Ride Island initiative for island-wide infrastructure, and so much more!
Tickets are $30 per person for a BYO picnic (potluck encouraged), or $60 with mimosas and sandwiches provided. Whichever option you choose, we’ll enjoy each other’s company and have a great time!

Gates open at 3pm, and in order to enter the grounds you must have your printed tickets that we will supply to you after your purchase. Your printed tickets will have a QR Code detailing the location of Bike Newport’s tailgate area. Our picnic gets underway at 4:00pm. The classic 6-chukker match will begin at 5:00pm, and is about two hours in duration. Parking is included with your ticket. We may organize a group bike ride to the event (stay tuned).
Dress is ‘Newport Casual Chic’. Please bring appropriate wear for varied weather including sunscreen, hats, and/or rainwear. Matches are rarely cancelled, as teams are likely to play through most summer conditions. Tickets are valid for July 14, 2024 only. No rain date, no refunds.
