In honor of Valentine’s Day, the following drinks and dishes will be available exclusively on Wednesday, Feb. 14:
Raz Bubbles — Raspberry puree, ginger beer, limoncello, fresh lime and champagne float, $13
The PCG Rose — Casa Amigos Blanco, St. Germain, simple syrup, lemon juice, rose water, strawberry puree, champagne float and rose petals, $13
New England Clam Chowder — Ocean clams, Yukon potatoes, smoked bacon, fresh herbs and chives, $8/cup; $14/bowl
13-ounce All-Natural Linz Heritage Prime Grade Prime Rib with gorgonzola dauphinois potatoes, wild mushroom and charred corn relish, red chile au jus and horseradish crema, $48
Dry-Aged N.Y. Strip Loin and Lobster — A six-ounce 50-day dry-aged Prime strip loin and a six-ounce butter-poached lobster tail with beurre rouge served with roasted garlic sunchoke puree, heirloom cherry tomato confit and McClendon Farms purple radish sprouts, $65
Pistachio-Crusted Chula Seafood California Halibut with parsnip puree, roasted tri-color cauliflower, mango-Arizona citrus salsa, Meyer lemon gastrique and opal basil, $38
