Phoenix City Grille Announces St. Patrick’s Day Specials MARCH 17
All day long on Sunday, March 17, diners can raise their glass to this spirited holiday with the following featured beverage selections:
Black and Tan, $8
Irish Mule—featuring Irish whiskey, fresh lime juice and Big Marble ginger beer, $12
The St. Patty’s party kicks off with brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring the following dishes:
PCG Corned Beef Hash—Braised brisked, turnips, thyme, sweet potatoes, caramelized Black Arkansas apples, poblanos, onion and fried egg, $18
Brunch Corned Beef Plate—House-braised chipotle-Dijon-glazed corned beef brisket, scalloped cabbage, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots, $18
The following St. Patrick’s Day dinner specials will be offered from 3 p.m. to close:
PCG Corned Beef Plate—House-braised chipotle-Dijon-glazed corned beef brisket, scalloped cabbage, crispy fingerling potatoes and carrot sauté, $24
Beer Battered Fish—Beer-battered Chula Seafood haddock served with German mashed potatoes, malt vinegar beurre blanc and kale and apple salad, $26
