On Thursday, January 26, The Philadelphia Social Innovations Journal (SIJ) will host its inaugural Social Innovations Journal Awards and Fundraiser, “Making New Friends, But Keep the Old,” for Leaders in the Social Sector across the Greater Philadelphia region.
The SIJ Awards was established to recognize and honor Greater Philadelphia’s most passionate social innovators and entrepreneurs whose contributions are often missed as they quietly work for a more inclusive, equitable and thriving community for the benefit of all residents.
Attendees to the premier SIJ awards will be welcomed with a cocktail hour and silent auction followed by an awards presentation and after party. Award nominees include local entrepreneurs from a myriad of fields including health, environmental science, and the arts to name a few.
Members of the public can purchase tickets in advance.
