Pennsylvania Sinfonia Orchestra presents: "La Serva Padrona"
PA Sinfonia welcomes you to its first concert opera. Performing with the chamber orchestra will be vocal performers, Johnathan McCullough, Ashley Milanese, and Giovanni Marini. Dr. Christopher Jackson is our guest conductor. Dr. Jackson is the Artistic Director and Conductor for the Bach Choir of Bethlehem. The performance is "La Serva Padrona" (The Maid Turned Mistress) by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi. This short comedic opera has a cast of only three characters and is a tale of a cunning maid who conspires to win the heart of her testy employer.
