Penfield Art Association Fall Show at The Addison of Willow Pond

Penfield Art Association Show and Sale at The Addison of Willow Pond (formerly The Legacy) opens October 6 An exhibit of paintings by area artists will be on display in the 20th Annual Penfield Art Association at The Addison of Willow Pond Autumn Art Show and Sale. The exhibit opens Sunday, October 6 and runs until Saturday, Nov. 2. An opening reception takes place 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 6. A closing reception and awards presentation will be 1 to 2 p.m. November 2. The show is open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. The artwork can be viewed throughout The Addison of Willow Pond, an independent senior living community at 40 Willow Pond Way, Penfield. In conjunction with the show at The Addison of Willow Pond, an online show can be viewed at penfieldartassociation.com. A special feature of this show is a salute to the Town of Penfield with an award category for works depicting local scenes and landmarks. The autumn show is one of three annual exhibits presented by the Penfield Art Association. Formed in 1963, the Penfield Art Association today has members from throughout the Rochester area. The organization is open to artists of all skill levels and people interested in the two-dimensional visual arts.
