You’ll practice preparing a basic marinade and seasoned breading from scratch and get tips and tricks for safely frying to the ideal doneness. For your sides, you’ll learn to mix and shape dough for fluffy, flaky biscuits, toss together a quick dressing for coleslaw, and char fresh peppers for homemade hot sauce. With the skills you learn in class, crisp and crunchy chicken can be as close as your kitchen.
