Patina 250 and Fresh Catch are collaborating for a summer seafood event in the latest installment of Patina 250's Guest Chef Series. Join Patina 250 in their courtyard and enjoy a curated menu made for seafood lovers featuring fifteen varieties of seafood from Bluefin Tuna to Sturgeon Caviar, all ethically and sustainably sourced from Fresh Catch's network of farmers and fishermen.
The event kicks off with a selection of champagne-paired raw bar offerings and appetizers served during the golden hour, followed by a five-course meal seated dinner. The meal concludes with a unique dessert created by Patina 250's esteemed in-house pastry chef. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a complimentary assortment of Prosecco, Rosé, and fine wines, all complemented by DJ Cutler’s coastal tunes. It’s an essential experience for all seafood lovers!
